Welcome to this guided meditation for sleep. I’m Ike, and I’ll be guiding you through a calming journey to help you drift off into a peaceful, restful slumber. Start by finding a comfortable position, either lying down or sitting, and close your eyes. Begin with deep breathing, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth to release tension. We'll then move through a body scan to relax each part of your body, followed by a soothing visualization of a serene place. As you repeat calming affirmations, let go of the day's worries.
